History

The Kachhi Plains are the home of the archeological site of Mehrgarh. One of the most important Neolithic sites in archaeology, lies on what is now the Kachhi district of today's Balochistan, Pakistan. There are three main mountain ranges in Balochistan: Districts:Kachhi, Sibi, Nasirabad, Jafarabad, Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad, Sohbatpur, Harnai, Lasbela and Hub districts of Balochistan.

Archaeology

Mehrgarh is one of the most important neolithic sites (7000 BCE to c. 2500 BCE) in archaeology and is located in Kacchi Plain.
