Main ideas

Introduction to the work I did in Systems Engineering at Oakland University (the one in Michigan) during the 1990's. It very badly needs reformatting, which I will try to do in wikitalk either here or at Wikinfo. Does anybody know of a converter from html or word doc to wiki format?
